Here is a vintage military issued Hamilton chronograph pocket watch. This is the 19 jewel, model 23 version. These were in production and used during WWII and up to the Korean War. This was from a military veteran's estate sale. The movement is clean and the watch function keeps good time. The chronograph also works and resets to zero. However, service history is unknown.

I got this at a estate sale so service is highly recommended. Crystal, case, and caseback does have scratches and scuffs. But I think it adds to the unique charm. This is a magnificent pocket watch.
