This is a vintage 16S railroad grade pocket watch dating to 1964. This is handsome, clean, and in excellent condition. The 10k gold filled Hamilton signed case is in excellent unpolished condition and has no brassing. The back still has it's original brushing.
This was obviously used very little. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. This is pendant wind and lever set The crown is signed Hamilton. The movement is a high grade Model 5 Grade 992B and it has 21 jewels.
It is adjusted at 6 positions. The crystal is clean and clear.
The melamine dial is original, untouched, and is depicted accurately in the pictures. Please note that all pictures are taken on the macro setting. This makes even the slightest imperfections and specks of dust appear much more prominent though they are often not visible without magnification.
