Running, but I dont know the last time it was serviced.

The dial has discoloration and crazing on it. There are scratches on the crystal. There is plating wear through and scratches on the case. This is a 4992B that has been convered to a sub second style similar to the 992b. Please be aware that these are vintage or antique watches, they will not be perfect nor keep perfect time even when serviced.
