Most Melamine dials have lots of Cracks and hairline. This one is nearly perfect. Obtain railroad times (Less than 5 sec/day) in 5 of 6 positions, and when the crown is at 6 O'clock, it has accuracy of -6 Sec/Day.

Be open faced, size 18 or 16, have a minimum of 17 jewels, adjusted to at least 5 positions, keep time accurately to within a gain or loss of only 30 seconds a week, adjusted to temperatures of 34 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, have a double roller, steel escape wheel, lever set, micrometric regulator, winding stem at 12 o'clock, grade on back plate, use plain Arabic numbers printed bold and black on a white dial, and have bold black hands. For accuracy, this movement passed the Railroad Grade requirement. However, this watch would not be railroad approved because it has been converted to a wrist watch. If you prefer, we can replace the movement into a Bar Over Crown case or Mainliner case of your color choice (Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver).
