RARE HAMILTON 4992B 22j, 16s, Pilot Navigation Military Pocket Watch. This is a Rare White Dial Pocket-Watch These are Quite Scarce & Unusual in Compared to the Black Dial Variety Usually Seen!

Running Strong and the Case in excellent condition, Glass Crystal in Great Condition, Serial Number 4C56950. There is No Monogram, Or INITIALS on the watch.

Includes a beautiful Hamilton Pocket Watch Collection Box, with movement and case number on the box! During World War II, Hamilton produced a variety of time pieces to support the war effort.

This is one of their rare 1941 piece that is still working and was told by a retired Airforce Veteran, this white dial 4992B was used mostly by the "United States Army Air Forces pilots of World War II". The Grade of the watch is 4992B Watch case is made of BASE METAL Keystone # 006878. Watch has minimal cosmetic signs, and noticeable light scratch on the caseback (refer to images).

The Movement serial number is 4C56950, 22jewels, ADJ. -- Please refer to images for physical conditions. Faded white dial with standard black Arabic numerals, sixty second numerals to outer ring. Military issue, 4992B, Hamilton Watch Co. 22 jewel size 16 USA Movement S.

White dial shows yellow patina and some minor wear, all numbers bars are visible! Original hands straight and true.

The crystal shows very minor visible wear, almost perfect. Some plating wear on the back and crown.

Runs strong and accurate with good power reserve. Date of last service was 3/13/2016.
