Hard plastic flip top box in very rare dark blue color. These boxes were paired by Hamilton with Grade 992B and Grade 950B railroad watches, and the vast majority of the boxes were a light ivory color but a much smaller fraction were made in a range of other colors such as this. Box is marked "Hamilton" to its upper lid, and front of box has a foil Hamilton marked factory crest. Beautiful box in excellent condition with only a small chip to the reverse side of its upper lid near the hinge area.
