Pocket Watch movement for Parts.. Open Face & lever set movement, staff balance is broken, mainspring is fully rewind.

When I remove the balance wheel the anchor is moving form left to right with a light pressure. Need to be cleaned & timed by a watchmaker in order to keep time with accuracy.
