In this lot we have a circa 1929 Hamilton 16 size 17 jewel pocket watch grade 974 Special model 2 in a RARE and numbers matching Philadelphia Watch Case Co Silverode and gold filled case. We have never seen another case like this out there but all three numbers match on the back cover, mid case, and bezel. The watch winds, sets, runs, and appears to be running slow approximately 1 to 2 minutes a day.

But we have not checked it for exact accuracy. Overall condition is good for a watch this age showing signs of use and wear that would be expected. We do not know the service history of this watch but it should make an excellent candidate for repair, restoration, or parts and a great addition to any watch collection.
