Hamilton 993 Extra 21 Jewel 16s Beautiful 2-tone Rare Pocket Watch Mvt

  

16 size 21 jewel hunting case lever-set "993 Extra" pocketwatch movement/dial/hands. Very rare movement with an unusual fancy 2-tone gold and nickel damaskeen, and movement is signed "Extra" at the right side of the train bridge.

Watch is fronted by its correct double-sunk enamel dial with script Hamilton signature. Serial number is 395022 which is listed in the Hamilton factory ledger record as being an April 9, 1907 sale to Vander St. Running and a beautiful movement with excellent 2-tone color and luster. Dial faces up beautifully with only an absolutely minuscule surface flake and small hairline at the top edge of the seconds-bit, and a mild hazy spot in the glaze toward the lower left of the center section that is only evident when the dial is viewed against the light at certain angles.
