Antique Hamilton 992, 21 Jewel Railroad Pocket Watch. This Hamilton railroad watch is 16 size (case diameter 49 mm). The movement is the famous 992 with 21 jewels, adjusted 5 positions, lever set, gold jewel settings, gold center wheel, gold balance wheel screws, and diagonal damasceening.

Movement is in nice condition. Dial is original double sunk porcelain with bold RR numerals and a single hairline in the outer chapter. The case is screw back and bezel 10k gold filled with a little brass around the outside edge of the back. Nice Hamilton and probably all original.

This watch dates to about 1921. This watch runs and keeps time within 5 minutes or LESS per day. I do not know the history of this watch, so it may need to be serviced.
