This is a used antique watch and is not in new condition. Antique watches are very unpredictable and should be serviced for optimal performance. Hamilton Railroad Grade 992 Model 2 w/ Wadsworth Bar Over Crown 10k Gold Filled Case, 92 Yrs Old. The case covers open and close as they should when aligned properly.

The case has some use scratches, minor dents, dings and some brassing. Just installed new old stock bar above crown. Case Diameter: 50.65mm (2.0 inch).

Thickness Over Crystal: 13.71mm. Total Watch Weight: 93.7g. Double sunk b right white "BOXCAR" with bold black Arabic numerals. No hairlines seen, however there is a small chip at the sub second dial just above.

Hour Hand: Black spade style. Minute Hand: Black whip style. New old stock glass, just installed, nice and clear. The watch is running at present, monitored 24 hours in watch stand shown. Running 3 minute slow at present.

Beautiful clean with gold lettering. New old stock mainspring, possible running a bit slow until mainspring is broke in. From Pocket Watch Data Base.
