Hamilton 950 23 Jewel 16S Pocket Watch
Nice Hamilton 950 23 Jewel Model 3 Pocket watch. Having a Beautiful, crack free Porcelain Dial, with big bold numbers for easy reading and gorgeous blued Hands.
Gold train movement, with 23 Jewel ruby jewels set in gold settings, the movement was known for its accuracy. Nice original 10K Gold Filled Hamilton Case.
The bezel and back cover are easy to turn and take off or put on. It has a new Glass Crystal. The Stirrup Bow is somewhat loose from use.
This wonderful Railroad watch keeps excellent time. Built in 1920, the watch was given to a Volunteer Fireman for his long service. It would be an excellent carry watch. Dependable and fairly accurate (compared to today's watches).
