Military Issue Navigational Hack pocket watch, circa 1940s (World War 2 era). This is a 16-size watch, and measures approximately 52mm (2) diameter. This watch features a Chromium Plated screw-back and bezel case, a 22-jewel stem-wind stem-set movement with hacking device, and a black 24-hour dial. The caseback is marked AN 5740, MFR'S PART NO. W535 ac-22375, HAMILTON WATCH CO.

The case is in very good condition, showing signs of normal pocket carry. The dial is in excellent condition, though some of the paint has worn off the hands.

The movement runs and keeps excellent time. Overall, a very presentable watch that is ready to carry with pride or present as a wonderful gift to a person who appreciates fine timepieces. This is a great crossover collectible of interest to both watch collectors and military buffs.
