Hi grade Hamiltion 4992B Aircraft Navigation watch. 22 Jewels and adjusted to 6 positions, it was based upon Hamiltion's high grade railroad watches. Watch is a "hack" watch, pulling the stem out to set the hands will stop the mechanism pressing the crown in will start the watch so that it can be set at the same time as a master time source. Watch has been sitting around for many years in a veterans estate and was not used.

After winding it up it started working right away, but stopped a few times. It started again with a shake or two. For this reason it clearly needs a professional cleaning and adjustment. Examine the images carefully they are part of the description.
