16 size 22 jewel open face hack-setting Grade 4992B pocket watch. A superb example of this high grade U.

Military "Navigation Master Watch, " this particular example is from toward the tail end of the Grade 4992B production and is in far better condition than most. Watch is fronted by its correct black metal 24 hour G. (Greenwich Civil Time) marked dial, and watch is housed in its correct chrome-plated base metal case with military contract markings to its rear.

Movement serial number is 4C142193. Running and a beautiful movement with superb color and luster and only a very few minimal contact marks. Hack setting function is operating correctly.

Hands are excellent with only some paint loss to the inner portion of the stem of the hour hand. Case appears to have seen hardly any wear and has all contract marking details remaining crisp and its original rear circular finish fully intact, and case rear has some typical fine contact scratches and mild abrasions.
