Hamilton 17J 975 Jean Tack, Newark NJ Private Label 14K YGF Case Runs

  

16S Hamilton scarce Jean Tack Newark private label grade 975 sidewinder pocket Watch, Runs. Watch is in running order but I have not checked up for time keeping. Serial number 335913, circa 1905.

Grade 975 early fancy Damascened movement. Movement is beautifully finished but someone has engraved Hamilton 956 on the movement, but is hard to see. Dial is a Hamilton, single sunk glass enamel Private label railroad Hamilton dial.

Dial is the original dial but has some hairlines and an edge chip by the setting lever. Case is a Dueber and Warranted 20 year yellow Gold Filled screw back and bezel case but has brass showing but a good looking case. Watch winds and sets well and case opens and closes easily.
