First of all, I'm not a pocket watch collector but came across one recently that intrigued me. It's a 44mm open face solid yellow gold 14K Hamilton with an estimated production year of 1941 with original box and papers.
According to Hamilton records, this one is a grade "917" and model 1. The movement has a high nickel movement finish as shown in the photos.
The size is 10s according to the archives. A very slim watch at 8.5mm, it is 44.14mm in diameter and is adjusted to three positions. A great watch for the Hamilton collector.(Note: thank you to member "bielliot" for updating key facts). Note: full service completed in September 2023 so it will be running well for the new owner. I will occasionally recirculate a watch -- like this one -- that I've had for a while.
It's not fair to other potential buyers and is not responsible. Please pay immediately if I accept a lower price and within 48 hours unless you let me know otherwise in advance. I don't collect those. Please see all photos and video as they form a key part of the description. If you want to see something not included in the listing, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate your request.
Have fun and good luck!
