Early Ball Hamilton pocket watch 18S 17J Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen

  
This item being offered is an early production run of 17-jewel Hamilton pocket watch made for the Ball watch company. It has an early serial number of 118,353 for dating and any referencing one might want to do. It is in a hinged front and back gold filled case in very good condition for it's age.

The dial is near perfect with the srart of a hairline at 38 minutes, but would clean out. The 17-jewel movement is in running condition and probably could use a service from sitting around.

All the screws look fine, so never messed with. Hard to find these rare watches outside of a private collection and don't show up on the open makret often.
