Beautiful 16s 1938 21j 992e MINT Hamilton Bar over Crown pocket watch. The watch has solid gold balance screws weights, sapphire pallet jewels and beautiful wide straight line damasking. Running strong and keeping good time. High grade nickel movement is signed 992 21 jewels adjusted 5 positions Hamilton Watch Co. Serial number is 2,616,484 which dates the watch to 1938. This is an investment grade watch with all the bells and whistles.

This is the more desirable and scarce "1st Model" with solid gold center wheel and one screw in the crown wheel. The case is "10k gold filled Wadsworth quality" signed Hamilton Model 10 "BOC" bar over crown short stemmed railroad case. Case is in excellent condition, no brassing, no dents, no dings.

Both covers screw on/off easily. Perfect glass crystal and original "Hamilton Railroad" signed crown. Minty original porcelain double sunk dial, no hairlines, no chips, no issues.

This watch has a fine patented micrometric regulator for precise time regulation, 21 ruby jewels in screwed in solid gold jewel settings, it is adjusted to five positions, temperature & isochronism and is running strong and keeping good time. Elinvar is signed under the balance cock. This is a fantastic example of this scarce watch.
