Antique coin silver Hamilton Watch Co with a Dueber Case, Serial # 447128, Dating it to app. Has an acrylic crystal, is manual wound, front cover has a cross-hatched design with a floral cartouche for engraving; back cover has a cross-hatched finish. It is marked on the inside back cover Dueber Coin 758499; inside movement cover is marked 3 758499; movement reads Hamilton Watch Co Lancaster Pa 447128 17 jewels and is a size 18S, Model 2. Has a white dial marked Hamilton Watch Co with black and red arabic numbers with a sub-seconds dial, black hands. It winds but it is Not running; when touched the wheel moves freely, but no guarantees it will run, the lever to set time moves in and out freely and you can set the time, but it won't run. The case has dirt, tarnish and some light scratches in spots, a couple of dent/dings on back cover; movement cover has some slight dings and a small diagonal crease at the top, inside rims has some scratches from when opened; crystal some scratches and wear, dial is dirty with crazing and damage at the bottom under the sub-seconds section which also could be damage on the underside crystal but we are not taking it apart so can't be totally sure. Weighs 94 dwt or 146.19 grams. Please do ask questions and look closely at the photos.
