Circa: 1946, Serviced & Runs, Lever Set, Winds and Sets Easily, Ready to Wear. Grade: 992B, Model: 5, 16 Size, 21 Jewels, 1946, Lever Set, Open Face, Serviced and Runs, Ready to Wear. Dial is marked: Hamilton, dial is a Swiss Replacement, White, Dial shows no hairlines or chips and is in good condition, Front Crystal is Glass and in good condition, front bezel screws on and off easily. Back case cover is marked on the inside: Hamilton Watch Co. 10K Gold Filled Lancaster, PA.

Back case cover screws on and off easily. Case is 10K Gold Filled and shows some wear. Case is decorative on the edges. Hands are Black and in good condition. Crown and Bow are not marked, in good condition and crown winds easily.

Movement is Marked: Hamilton Watch Co. 992B 21 Jewel Adj Temp and 6 Positions C154735. It appears no other movement has been in this case. This watch is stored in secure watch cases or in show cases. It is not daily carried.

Mainspring Duration Test at full wind and dial up ran 58 hours. Pendent Up +24, Pendent left -1, Pendent right -+2, Dial Up -21, Dial Down -26, Pendent Down -20 = more or less than 7 seconds fast per day. THE WATCH IS TAKEN TO FULL WIND, THEN OBSERVED FOR SEVERAL HOURS. THE WATCH IS THEN PLACED INTO THE TIMING MACHINE. A READING IS TAKEN IN EACH POSITION AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES OF STABILAZATION.

ALL POSITIONS ARE TOTALED AND DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER IN WHICH THE WATCH WAS ORIGINALLY ADJUSTED. IN YOUR POCKET THE RESULTS MAY VARY.
