The Illinois "Elgin Pride" gold filled case is in very nice condition notwithstanding the presence of the typical fine surface scratches and a very slight crease. The crystal is issue free although the dial, while presentable, has hairlines. The 17 jewel signed Hamilton movement is adjusted to 5 positions including temperature and features gold jewel settings.

Irrespective of spotting, this rare model 4 movement with a total production of 410 pieces currently winds, sets and keeps good time although one hundred percent accuracy is not guaranteed, nor should it be expected. If optimal timekeeping is required a cleaning and adjustment is recommended.
