253 Hamilton 950B Gold Filled 23 jewel pocket watch. POCKET WATCH Running

  
Hamilton 950B 23 jewel 16 Size Yellow Gold Filled Pocket Watch. Serial number S18943, grade 950B, model 6, made in 1953. Pitting and scratches are minimal and shows normal use. Timing test was 2 seconds slow averaged in 6 positions over 24 hours. The yellow gold filled case is factory marked and has scratches inside the back lid.

Outside scratches are minimal without personalization but I see a very slight wear through, Ill try to show in pictures. It is thin and along the edge above the engraving on the back. Case looks to be original to this movement. Back lid threads easily, the front lid is cumbersome but is not cross threaded and is manageable. There is a glass crystal.

The white Melamine dial does have a couple of cracks - one at the 2 the other in the inside between the 8 and 9. There is a scratch by the 7. It is marked 23 Jewel.
