Stem wind and level set. Adjusted to 5 Positions & Temperature & Isochronism, Railroad Grade: Yes. Dial: White Porcelain, double sunken dial, no hairlines, no chips. Crystal is in good condition. Case: gold filled open face case.

The bow is nice and tight. The case shows pocket wear with worn area on back cover & bow. Both front & back covers screw on and off easily with a good seal. Inside of back cover: It says, Hamilton Keystone Watch Case. 10K Gold Filled Railroad Model.
