16 size Hamilton 23 Jewel Railway Special 950B in model A case with plastic box

  

Nice all correct and original Hamilton Watch Co. 16 size 23 jewel Railway Special pocket watch.

Case is Keystone model A which was introduced for the 23j railroad grades in 1940. Case shows typical wear and tear with usual dings and scratches but no abuse and virtually no brassing. The correct double sunk railway special porcelain dial is near perfect with no chips or hairlines that I can see.

Crystal is glass and like new. The movement is very clean, runs good, and keeps time to within a couple of minutes a day.
