Vintage Hamilton 992B Railway Special 16S Railroad Pocket Watch 21J 1950
This is a vintage pocket watch dating to about 1950. This fine railroad grade timepiece is cased in the original Hamilton signed 10k rolled gold plate case.
This is a really fantastic piece! This is handsome, clean, and in excellent condition. The watch runs well and keeps deadly accurate time to within a second or 2 over a 24 hour period. The time sets as it should.
The dial is very nice and in unrestored excellent condition. The movement is a high grade 992B and it has 21 jewels.
The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. The dial is depicted accurately in the pictures.
Please note that all pictures are taken on the macro setting. This makes even the slightest imperfections and specks of dust appear much more prominent though they are often not visible without magnification. Please see the clear close-up pictures to further assess the condition of this watch.
