Hamilton 16S 21 Jewel 992 Railroad Pocket Watch RUNS & Nice Case and Dial

  
This is a very nice high grade Hamilton watch from a local estate. It is 16 size, open face, stem wind, lever set, 21 jewels, marked 992. The movement runs strong, and has good motion. It seems to be keeping time, but I have not had it cleaned or serviced.

So, I cannot guarantee it to be a reliable timekeeper. The white porcelain dial is double-sunk, railroad type.

The dial is excellent, with one small, faint hairline near the bottom of the dial. The watch has a yellow gold filled 25 year case.

It is a marked Hamilton Watch Co. The case is plain, and swing-out type. It has no brassing or engraving.
