Here is a nice Non-Running Hamilton 4992B, 22J Military Navigational Pocket Watch that came from an estate sale. This one is in clean shape with all of the parts in it! The balance looks good but it will need disassembled, cleaned and adjusted to determine what else is wrong with it.

The glass is in good shape! The hands have had the white enamel sanded off but any one can repaint them!

The dial has markings missing or worn off between the 30 to 40 marker. You can get a replacement dial from WWW. This will be a nice restoration job and a keep sake for the Military Collector. The inscription is clear on the back and not rubbed out and I listed it below along with information on the movement from the NAWCC watch site. Navigation watch type AN 5740.
