This is an excellent antique Hamilton 16 size 21 jewel adjusted 992B pocket watch in a very nice Star Watch Case Co. STELLAR case out of an estate! The lever-set movement has is marked: Hamilton Watch Co.

This watch is from the very first run of the 992B! This is a great find out of a collector's estate! The double sunk porcelain dial is marked: Hamilton Railway Special. The dial is in fair condition, there are some hairlines in the finish - see photos. The watch will currently wind/set properly, and will run when wound.

The case is in good condition, with light scratches, and has some small areas of wear-through up around the bow/crown area. Inside the case back is marked: Star Watch Case Co. We do not know the service history on this watch, and recommend it be serviced to keep running and keep time. We do not guarantee the time keeping on this watch.
